Product Description
The inclined top is one of the mechanism of the mold, before the design of the product structure to make a systematic analysis, according to the product structure, to deal with some of the backward hook and introduced mechanism (processing backward hook mechanism and line), then where is the difference between the line and the top?
The basic principle of the inclined top and the row position is to change the vertical movement of the mold to the horizontal direction of the design. The biggest difference is that the driving force of the action is different: the inclined top mainly depends on the movement of the thimble plate, rather than the row position depends on the opening and closing design of the male and female die. Therefore, the design of the inclined top is related to the travel of the thimble plate, which is the biggest difference between the design of the inclined top and the design of the row.
Problems that should be paid attention to in the design of sloping roof:
1). The inclined top not only plays the role of pulling the core, but also plays the role of ejecting. 2). The inclined top must be designed with a 5-10mm long straight body position as a sealing position and as a collision plane. 3) The core pulling distance should be at least 2mm greater than the inverted buckle depth. 4). The inclined top should slide in the direction of the rubber plane of the product, and there should be enough space for the inclined top to slide. The phenomenon of rubber shoveling or interference with other parts should not occur.
